Adult academies are suitable for all levels of tennis player. Featuring coaching over a duration of 5 days, the tennis programme runs Monday to Friday every week consisting of 10, 15 or 25 hours depending on your desire. The standard course will allow beginners to learn forehand, backhand, serve, volley, service return, singles and doubles tactics, smash, approach shots, lobs, drop shots, topspin / slice and Match play. However shorter courses are also available each weekend from Friday to Sunday, involving 6 hours of coaching with 4 hours of match play.
If you do not wish to participate within tennis coaching like tennis camp resorts, then you can of course arrange for one to one private tuition. This will allow you to design a tailor made coaching programme with your coach. Each lesson lasts a duration of 45 minutes where you can either have one to one tuition or have a maximum of two people within each lesson. There is no minimum standard required as private tennis lessons are available for all ages and standard of player.
