Junior tennis players aged 19 and under are able to progress with their tennis skills through this advanced 15 hour pro academy course. Improve the technical, physical and mental side to tennis in this excellent training programme on clay courts. Participants of the junior pro tennis academy will first be placed into their age group of the following: 8-10 yrs, 10-12 yrs, 13-15 yrs and 16-19 yrs. Players must be of a high standard participating in regular tournaments.
The tennis centre at La Manga Club is dedicated to helping you reach your full potential during your tennis break by offering every player who attends the junior pro academy fantastic entitlements. These exclusive benefits include welcome & farewell drinks, Sunday welcome day, use of gym, sauna and Jacuzzi at the tennis centre and a daily stroke demonstration. Participants of the pro academy can also take advantage of the special rates for private lessons, tournaments and tennis court hire. All participants of the Pro Academy will also receive 10 percent discount at the tennis pro shop.
Under 19s are able to take part in this enjoyable tuition course where the desire for you to succeed is never compromised as there are never more than 4 players per court. The intensive 3 hour session per day begins in the afternoon from 16:00 up until 19:00. The pro academy course incorporates a junior comprehensive fitness programme into the 15 hours.
Please remember that the Pro Academy is an intensive training camp for which a minimum playing standard is essential. If the tennis centre believes you are not coping, they will switch players into a more suitable coaching programme if this minimum standard is not met. This is simply to ensure you get the most out of the tennis academy. The tennis centre is committed to providing appropriate tennis coaching for all participants, from junior level up to adult. You will never be turned away, instead you will be provided with an alternative excellent coaching programme.
Multilingual tennis coaches provide tuition in the following languages: English, Spanish and German. In addition to the 15 hour junior academy course, participants will be entitled to a complimentary five day gym pass for use at the tennis centre gym.
If you feel the 15 hour under 19s Pro tennis academy is not the ideal programme, you may view additional coaching courses available including: Under 19s 10 hour course and an extensive under 19s 25 hour Pro academy course. If however you do not wish to participate within any academy courses, you can simply pre-book tennis court hire.
